Dispatcher/Labor Coordinator - Johnilyn Hicks
The Service Dispatcher/Labor Coordinator is the hub of the service division. This person is responsible for maintaining control of the communications between the customer and the service technician. She also schedules jobs and routes technicians so that the manpower is utilized efficiently and economically to benefit both the customer and the company.
