Preventive Maintenance Contracts

MCC Services believes that different customers require different levels of maintenance.

Customized Maintenance agreements are available and suitable for your operation and budget needs.  Regularly scheduled maintenance helps to identify problem areas early enough to virtually eliminate major shutdowns and equipment failures.

Full Service Maintenance contracts include all cost directly related with preventive maintenance, as well as the labor and material costs associated with repair and replacement of failed, maintainable components.

If the investment in planned maintenance is low, the cost of unplanned repairs and premature asset replacement is relatively high.

On the other hand, if an investment in planned maintenance is higher, the cost of unplanned repairs and premature asset replacement is relatively low.

Although it has been concluded that the overall cost of each scenario is the same, what is not taken into consideration is the lost revenue due to production downtime or tenant loss. These scenarios do not show the adverse effect on profits that are caused by the increased energy usage by equipment that is not regularly and properly maintained.  When these elements are added to the mix, most companies are best served by having higher levels of planned maintenance (preventive maintenance) investments.
